K3 Technology Named to Inc.'s 2025 Best Workplaces List

When I founded K3 Technology eight years ago, I had a vision of building not just a tech company, but a customer-first company. And the only way to do that is to start by making it a people-first company. Today, I’m incredibly proud to share that K3 Technology has been named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces of 2025.

This recognition is a meaningful milestone for us. It’s not just about perks or policies—it’s about culture. It's about trust. And it's about building a workplace where people feel empowered to do their best work and supported as whole humans, not just employees.

What makes this award especially meaningful is that it’s based on direct employee feedback.
